Uncover the Root Cause: How Childhood Wounds Shape Your Patterns, Health & Healing

The hidden story behind your struggles

I first learned about the ‘root cause ’ during a 3-month journey seeking answers to my skin outbreaks and consistent sickness in my early 20s. After 20 doctors, a biopsy, and no answers, one day a woman sitting in my chair ( I was a hairdresser) took one look at my arm and said “This is candida, I'm a colonic therapist, I can help you”.

This took me down a 6-month process into my gut and I have never touched another anti biotic again. Since then, my interest has gone into emotional and mental reaction tendencies.

Being a hairdresser for 2 decades taught me a lot about people, their perceptions, and their reactions. I always had a knack for seeing the other side of things and would bring light to the question - so what part of that experience is a reflection of you?

I spent my 20s studying Kabalah and my favorite book of all time is The Seat of the Soul. I was shadow working before I knew what shadow working was.

Shadow work is accessing the subconscious part of our wounds that create our perception and that perception is rooted in a story that is caused by a wound in childhood.

The root cause is the perception of your experience and this perception lives in your body and creates everything happening in your life- good and bad or what you perceive it to be.

Your perception of your identity, your role in your community, your limitations, your lifestyle, your habits, your addictions, your triggers, are all caused by subconscious beliefs.

You may think they are conscious- for example, “I want to work out and lose 20 lbs” Consciously you may be saying you want to be healthier and get back on track, but subconsciously, maybe you have been comparing yourself to other people. Maybe everyone around you is 30lbs less than you. Maybe it triggers embarrassment and insecurity. Maybe you tend to make fun of skinny girls or don’t like the popular ones. So after 2 weeks, you fall off the program because you got triggered by something that someone said when you were trying on new clothes, and that made you say fuck this diet and you eat something “bad”.

Now that spirals you into anxiety, self-judgment, and no eating for a full day. This then wacks out your hormones, your adrenals, and your nervous system. Now you start saying mean things to yourself in the mirror, and you gain 5 lbs over the next 2 weeks.

You see the subconscious desire to lose weight is to look like everyone else, but the root cause of the weight is the wound of humiliation. The patterns of choices and self-talk are rooted in the wounds and the stories living in them. That negative self-talk is the voice of the wound- not your true self.

So, when you get to the root cause, you can then begin the healing process and change your story. Once you rewire the story in your nervous system you can begin cleaning the bacteria in your gut attached to those wounds. This is the real root cause of physical illness- the key is through your emotions.

This is the work I teach you to do. You will learn all about this in my upcoming program and retreat immersion. If you would like to dive deep into yourself and discover the root cause to your behaviors and patterns sign up to the list below, and you will receive the invitation to this unique approach to self-healing through the Quantum Field and the root cause.

With all my love,

Amalia
